Aggressively Tacky was inspired by a simple FaceBook post made by a high-school classmate (thank you Skip!) a few months ago. While we don't recall his exact words, I believe he was undertaking some sort of home-repair project, and had purchased a bottle of glue. In the instructions on the bottle was the phrase "let stand until  aggressively tacky." Now whether or not he actually stated that he thought perhaps he would like to be thought of as aggressively tacky himself, or if there was just that implication in the post. . . or the possibility thereof. . . remains to be seen. But the inspiration was had. And here we are. And there you go.

So, since Skip didn't rush right out and buy the domain name (as we suggested he should do), we did. And Aggressively Tacky Gifts and Adhesives was born.
